Pricing

How pricing works.

We don't publish a price list, because scope decides the price. Here is how it is set — and what the path looks like in each industry.

From first call to a price you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Free audit

A 30-minute call. We map where time and leads leak.

  2. 02

    Written blueprint

What the system does, which tools it touches, the timeline and the price — in writing, before you commit.

  3. 03

    Build

Shipped in working pieces you can see and use.

  4. 04

    Run (optional)

A monthly fee covers running, monitoring and improving the system.

What moves the price

One-off and monthly

A small first step is a one-off build. A full system is a one-off build plus a monthly fee for running it — so someone is responsible when something changes on your side.

  • Scope

How many steps of your sales process the system takes over.

  • Tools connected

Each tool we read from or write to is work: forms, inboxes, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets.

  • Volume

How many enquiries, quotes or documents it handles each month.

  • Languages

Every extra language for customer-facing text.

The path, per industry

Every industry starts with something small that proves itself before the next step.

  1. Start

    Offer generator

Automated PDF offers for one product line, built on your own yield tables. Live in 7 days.

  2. Main system

    Lead system

Lead capture from your form and WhatsApp, AI qualification, offers in under 15 minutes, three-touch follow-up, CRM and a weekly dashboard.

  3. Add-on

    Old-quote reactivation

Unsigned quotes followed up with a personal message, and calls booked when customers reply.

  1. Start

    Listing pipeline

One input becomes descriptions in Croatian, English and German, portal-ready text, social posts and a short video.

  2. Main system

    Buyer responder

Replies on WhatsApp and email, qualifies buyers, books viewings, syncs your CRM and sends each agent a daily brief.

  3. Add-on

    Monthly market reports

A monthly market-report page for each agent.

  1. Start

    Pilot on 20 RFQs

Triage and drawing summaries on 20 of your historic RFQs, checked against what your team actually did.

If the pilot pays off, the next steps are a quote-draft system with order-status updates and export to Excel or a file your ERP imports, then supplier-price monitoring with reorder alerts.
